Overview

Our return window lasts 5 days from the date of delivery. If more than 5 days have passed, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

A proof of purchase (order ID or receipt) is required.

The socks must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.

The item should be in resellable condition with tags (if any) intact.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene reasons, the following are not eligible for return or exchange:

Socks without original packaging

Used or worn socks

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned socks, we will notify you by email whether your refund has been approved.

In case of partial return, only the amount for eligible items will be refunded.

If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 14 working days.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

Check your bank account again.

Contact your credit card company or bank — it may take a few days to post.

Exchanges

We currently don’t offer exchange for socks due to hygiene reasons.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to: #E-804, Casa Treetops, Lodha Upper Thane, Mankoli, Thane – 421302, Maharashtra, India.

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless the item is defective or the wrong item was sent.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service. We cannot guarantee receipt of untracked returns.
